CBRE, a leader in property consultancy has acted as advisor for the sale and lease back of a logistics platform in Capriata d’Orba. The property in the province of Alexandria in Piemonte was bought by Alderan, a French property management company and is their first investment in Italian logistics. The property was built in 2007 and over the years has been expanded and updated and today is a unit dedicated to stocking for leading clients in food and beverage.

The platform extends to more than 40,000 m² and meets the modern standards adopted by the tenants of distribution centres in Europe.

The property is positioned in a nearby industrial centre with access to the autostrada crossroads of the A7 –A20 and the port of Genoa.
